The cuisine of Baranh is governed by simple, fundamental values: reverence for tradition, restoring our roots, and the excellence of prime ingredients made in the most authentic, traditional manner. We aim to reinvigorate the soul of the lost chefs of Andhroon Shehar, by revelling in their signature techniques and food.

Today Baranh operates in two major cities of the country; Lahore and Jhang, permeated with the same vigour and philosophy. We try to remember that it started with both purpose and simplicity and our shared love for food.
