Website Use Provide accurate information, keep account details secure and use our services lawfully. Fraudulent orders, abusive behaviour and interference with the website are prohibited. Orders & Payments Orders require our confirmation and depend on availability. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), with applicable taxes and delivery charges shown before ordering. Use a payment method available at checkout. Payments for orders we cannot fulfil will be refunded. Delivery & Pickup Delivery is available within selected areas. Arrival times are estimates and may vary with traffic, weather or demand. Provide a complete address and reachable phone number, and ensure someone can receive the order. Collect pickup orders from the confirmed branch. Cancellations & Refunds Contact us within 5 minutes to request a cancellation; approval depends on preparation status. Approved cancellations qualify for refunds. Refunds are initiated within 7 to 14 business days of approval through the original payment method or an agreed alternative; bank processing may take longer. Reservations Bookings require confirmation. Tables may be released after 15 minutes without notice of a delay. Advance payments for bookings we cancel will be refunded. Allergies & Dietary Needs Discuss allergies and dietary requirements directly with our team before ordering. Shared preparation areas mean we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Website Content Website content belongs to Baranh or its respective owners. Commercial copying or reuse requires permission. Applicable Law & Changes These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
